2. INSTALL – April 27 – 10am-1pm – (Prioritization, Phase Planning, Sourcing Materials & Plants, Irrigation, Planting)

3. MAINTAIN – May 18 – 10am-1pm – (Minimizing Maintenance, Overcoming Struggle & Finding Flow, Holistic Fruit Tree & Plant Care, Pruning, Organic Fertilizer & Pest Control, Tools & Care)

4. HARVEST – June 22 – 10am-1pm – (Saving Seeds, Plant Propagation, Preservation & Storage, Herbal Medicine, Wildcrafting, Recipes, Gift Circle, Potluck Celebration)

Workshops run from 10am-1pm, but there will be optional hands-on activities afterwards, facilitated by our course instructors, in partnership with Mary’s Farm & Sanctuary.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS: (EDIBLE LANDSCAPES DESIGN LTD)

Edible Landscapes Design Ltd is passionate team of professionals and lovers of local food based in Victoria, BC (Canada). We were founded in 2013 by Joshua Wagler, Nicholas Poeta, and Marc DeMontigny. Today we work with our growing team and leverage our founders 30+ years of combined experience in design, landscaping, irrigation, and construction to serve the unique needs of our clients and their landscape. Using our time-tested and deeply personal design process, we work closely with our clients to grow and maintain edible ecosystems that nourish the body, feed the soul, and regenerate the land.
